CSR Solutions
For Corporates with CSR objectives in Education, Skilling and Skill Enhancement and in Health Care, Y&Now aims to be the ‘go to’ implementation partner. Y&Now has proven capability in designing, delivering and measuring the impact of a complete end to end solution. This includes, the mobilisation of beneficiaries, providing profiling services if required, developing the skilling programmes and/or workshops, identifying income generation options and providing impact reports. Awareness creation programmes at both ends of the spectrum are part of the overall structure. -
Skilling Programmes
The programmes themselves are either based in a classroom environment or are on site. Usually, however, a combination of the two is the preferred delivery mechanism as the flavour of the real world is essential to provide the ‘rounding off’ for the beneficiaries. The holistic skilling programmes designed and deployed by Y&Now, are either aligned to The National Skills Qualifications Framework (NSQF), or are customised, based on a detailed brief and statement of objectives. These courses assist candidates to be market ready and prepare them for wage employment or self-employment. -
Micro Entrepreneurship Programmes (‘MicroEn’)
Y&Now works with beneficiaries to skill them in various trades, as the first step. Going beyond the classroom, Y&Now then partners with the beneficiaries to incubate and stabilise the Micro Enterprise (typically defined as enterprises employing 4-20 employees). Candidates/beneficiaries undergo our proprietary Entrepreneurship Development Framework which helps them set up and stabilise the micro enterprise unit. Y&Now works in six support areas to build the Micro Enterprise.These areas are:
- Market Access: Provide enablement towards creating offtake and demand pipeline building. Our ‘MicroEn’ programme provides support and an institutional framework for creating channels and use of effective mediums
- Backward Linkages: To ensure supply chain efficiencies
- Financial Linkages: Y&Now works with a large number of reputable micro lending agencies and NBFCs. Micro Enterprises benefit from the association Y&Now enjoys with these institutions in multiple ways. Some of these include preferential low interest rates, collateral free loans and longer loan tenures
- Capability Building: How may we impart the required know-how and skills for a Micro Entrepreneur to undertake complex jobs/orders? At Y&Now we believe that the Micro Entrepreneur has to be properly guided, instructed and trained in order to undertake the business and business related activities to move up the value chain. This involves creating adequate capability, specifically in higher order skills and the ability to cater to the rising demand in industries. For example, a Digital Marketer today needs to be equipped with marketing skills, the application to digital environments, social media basics, Google Paid Search, SEO, OTT Platforms, YouTube marketing and visibility creation, to name a few
- Statutory Compliance and Professional Services: Y&Now provides assistance to all candidates in legal and statutory matters. These include company/firm registration, GST registration and filing, securing Trading Licenses, filing of other statutory returns and any other compliance required for an enterprise. This service provides the candidates with an all-encompassing solution
- Technology and Tools: Y&Now provides continuous access to the latest tools and technology in the selected trade. This is designed to keep the entrepreneur up-to-date with the latest in technology and practices. This allows the Micro Entrepreneur with the knowledge and equipment to undertake complex and high margin assignments. For example, a painter who knows just the basics, could be trained to use colour mixers, tints, or operating painting equipment to spray large surfaces

In select job roles, Y&Now offers end-to-end services of hiring appropriate candidates, providing the training or skilling required and then deploying them in the appropriate organisation, based on customer specified mandates. -
Below the Line Activities (BTL Partner)
Y&Now works with brands and businesses looking to make a consolidated effort in rural India, in on-ground activities and consumer research. Y&Now has the ability to strategies and redefine communication parameters. As an advisory, Y&Now also assists in formulating various campaigns. At Y&Now, we are obsessed with delivering maximum return on investment for our clients, and are transparent in how we measure campaign success.- Influencer Marketing: Orientation Programmes for specific sectoral influencer groups. These Programmes are of a short duration, followed by a formal assessment, providing certification benefits. The session concludes with a brand messaging session, intertwined with product benefits and usage. School Solutions

Y&Now also caters to requirements from schools. For instance, state governments on advice from the Department of Higher Education (DoHE) wants to include Vocational Training as the sixth course for 9th – 12th standard in government schools. The Ministry of Skill Development and Education (MSDE) through the National Skill Development Corporation (NSDC) has also recommended that vocational studies be a part of the curriculum, for those four years. Y&Now has the capability to implement the programme end-to-end including the sourcing and deployment of Sector Skill Council (SSC) certified trainers in the specified schools.

Job Ready Courses
Y&Now provides Industry linked job-ready courses in the IT-ITES and Healthcare sectors, currently. Our researchers and team of academicians prepare specially curated courses blending both concepts and case studies. The pedagogy followed at Y&Now is a combination of human-assisted learning and machine learning, to improve educational equity, quality and learning outcomes. We believe that AI can favour access to education, collaborative environments and intelligent tutoring systems to support teachers. Additionally, each course at Y&Now, has a mandatory section of an industry linked practical project to be undertaken by the student. The projects call for an application of the concepts learnt, to a live scenario, to give a well-rounded view of the subject to the students.
The Y&Now Placement Cell extends the in-house services for job placements. All students would undertake a mandatory soft skill development module that is self-paced, with a 24X7 helpline support. We believe that soft skills are most often the cornerstone of success in a workplace environment.
